Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet and warm with a very nice view of the streets and Gare de l'est, although they looked a little old, it wasn't a big deal. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, with a Metro station right outside and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was standard but enjoyable. Overall, a great value for money choice in a convenient location.
The hotel rooms were clean and the staff were extremely polite and cooperative. Although the room was pretty small and lacked international TV channels, it provided a beautiful view despite being noisy. The service was exceptional, with helpful and highly polite staff members like Lindsay, who truly went 'above and beyond. ' The location was very good, especially for those near the train station, despite some inconveniences related to nearby attractions. The dining experience varied, from excellent to less than average, offering a diverse array of food options. The facilities were well-maintained and satisfactory overall.
The hotel may have small rooms with the queen bed taking up most of the space, but they are clean and tidy. The basic amenities make the room perfectly pleasant and comfortable. The service was friendly with welcoming greetings, though there was a missed opportunity for recognition related to Le Club membership. The location is a little off, but being right in front of a metro station provides easy access to the rest of Paris. Despite some limitations, the dining area is cute, and the food quality is pretty good. The hotel offers a great location near train stations for convenient day trips. Two positive aspects are the clean and tidy rooms and the ideal location near transport links, while the limited room space and dining options are two aspects to consider.
